Beach is Directed by Dr Kerry Black (BSc (Hons), MSc, PhD) and Dr Joseph
Mathew (BSc, MSc, PhD). Dr Black was Professor of Marine Science at the
University of Waikato and a Senior Scientist at the National Institute of
Water and Atmosphere in New Zealand. Both Drs Black and Mathew have many decades
of consulting and management experience.
